Here are My event updates for November! Since this is My birthday month, I am taking it easy and not really headed out to many events, at least not very public ones.
I'd like to think that I kicked off My birthday week with Philadelphia Leather Pride Night, and will be closing with a weekend of personal fun between events, as I share My birthday with My lover, one day apart.
That's right. His birthday is on Friday, while Mine is on Saturday. I wanted to stop in briefly for a couple of photos and ramblings. Last week ended with an email from San Diego from a boy just begging to be manipulated. I took his credit card shopping for a couple new things for Saturday's Philadelphia Leather Pride Night, where I manned a table for the upcoming Diabolique Ball 2014: Viva La Revolution! The second floor of Voyeur was turned into Der Karneval Diabolique, where I awaited with Goddess Thain to beat you up and tie you down! The stations were there to raise awareness for Diabolique, coming up on November 21st. I will be performing at this annual charity ball with Iris Enchanted to bring you a sexy look at the French Revolution... I also wanted to show off the following two books I picked up at the silent auction of PLPN, A first edition of Jon Jacobs, William D. Brame, and Gloria Brame's Different Loving: The World of Sexual Dominance and Submission as well as a first edition of The Encyclopedia of Unusual Sex Practices. Huzzah! I always approve of new books for My collection of fetish and BDSM reading. I've been considering adding new ones to My wishlist, such as this little gem. Snagged that one off someone's private wishlist... that's why you don't give your passwords to strangers.
I've been somewhat reclusive for the past month or so, and have been relatively occupied. I still have more to do. Changes, projects, classes. Starting in December, I will be running My Intro to Rope class every 3rd Saturday of the month at Kink Shoppe, seeing how there is a high demand for it. I really want to present at SEXx 2015, but have not handled a large room for a class as a presenter, and am not yet confident in My ability to lead a course on bondage for more than 15 people at a time. So perhaps next year. :-D
I am meeting with a potential new video boy this upcoming week. Should the meeting go well, hopefully new videos will be on the way. Since I have been busy with other things, and the few shoot I have scheduled cancelled, My Clips4Sale store has fallen into disrepair. Hopefully, some new clips will be put up soon. I have a lot of ideas, and since I'm a little bit strange, I was thinking of exploring some of the more interesting fetishes out there, from macrophilia to immurement fantasies. December got the best of Me. Between the weather affecting My moods and getting busy with both work and personal matters, I managed to go through most of the past two months without posting. Instead of ranting about what happened while I was not posting, let us focus on the future! I am hoping for a lot of positive changes this year, in many aspects of My life. 2014 will be a time for Me to take care of My body and mind, as well as a time to grow and expand in the scene. I am planning more appearances, more outreach, more art... just "more" in general! Last year was plagued with a lot of personal strife, and this year is to be one of liberation. I enter it head on, with a loyal submissive at My right, and amazing friends at My left.
Now, the first order of business: I had mentioned I was going to be posting up some of the things I have received during birthday and holiday season. I have already done so on a couple of other networks, but missed it here. Doing so gives Me a chance to acknowledge the gesture publicly and to thank the lovely person who has given it to Me.
Not all is pictured (the gift brat, for example, came with a penis gun and a strawberry daiquiri candied cock). Asylum 13 gave Me a kick-ass blowgun, which I would love to wield when it's not tits cold. Next order of business is related to unique toys: I have a new obsession. Have you seen Aliens? More specifically this scene? Final order of business: The Aviary has moved to a new location! With time, we have grown into a great monthly event, and simply outgrew our prior location at the Arts Garage. Still on the second Saturday of every month at 9 PM, the Aviary is now at the William Way Center, located at 1315 Spruce Street. This location is now conveniently located in a beautiful space with more room, more equipment, and more awesome. YAY! This month's was a fantastic success. I am certain that February's, which will take place on the 8th, will be even greater. So you should come.
So things seem to be coming together this year... be on the lookout for several updates everywhere. I had a hot ass session yesterday with a real good butt boy. So you know your rope basics: you've tied a cuff of two, you've made some cool rope gauntlets, and you have a grasp on how to restrain your partner's limbs. What next? Join Me as I take you through how to tie harnesses, limb restraints, hogties, and decorative ties that will keep your partner nice and secure for long nights to come. It is recommended you attend Picking Up the Ropes first if you are not familiar with basic ties and practice. The following concepts should be known to ensure you can keep up: nerve locations, rope extension, square knot, belt lock, corset tie, Sommerville Bowline (single and double). There will be a 15-minute review of these concepts at the beginning of the workshop. It is highly recommended you bring at least one 30' length and two 15' length of rope for this workshop (ideally, two 30' length and four 15' lengths). Negotiations with Kink Shoppe are currently taking place to teach My introduction to needle play class, "Just a Pinch."
